In 1990, he became a First-Director’s Assistant and Planner in the Iranian Film industry, working on Shabe Roobah (Night of The Fox), in 1996 and Ashoobgaran (Anarchists) in 1998. His beginnings were not too long ago, when he appeared on television in 1987 and then later in movies.

The living room begins to fill with water, eventually allowing her to swim away….hoping to find the sea. She begins to sing the words metaphorically telling the story of The Little Black Fish and talking to it, asking if he would help her find her way to the sea.
She sits down, skimming the pages of the book clearly familiar with the story. She goes to the book shelf lined with a variety of books and she reaches for the book titled “Mahi Seyahe Koochoolo” (The Little Black Fish) by Samad Behrangi. The camera pans to a single, small black fish within a glass fishbowl, and then to Googoosh, who slowly comes down the steps into the marble-floored living room, with traces of water following her steps. The video starts off with the view of the coastline and delves into the serene and rich marine life that lives in the deepest depths of the ocean.
